Josephine Lancuba - 2020 Ausmumpreneur Creative Arts Award Winner - is the Creative Director of Musical Makers Club and its in-house Talent Agency, Next Move Studios. Her professional career in the entertainment industry has spanned over a decade and includes performing and producing, as well as mentoring and managing professional talent. She strongly believes in the social, emotional and physical benefits of performing arts training for young people.

Musical Makers Club is unique and offers a lot more than a typical stand-alone performing arts studio. We offer professional development, production based training and spark the imagination in our students through interactive workshops and creative experiences.

Musical Makers Club began in 2014 (originally named Next Move Studios) and offers a non-competitive and nurturing environment that allows students to experience the joy of performing arts while also developing and guiding those who are interested in a professional entertainment industry career.

Our expert team are highly regarded industry professionals and receive additional training to ensure the studio culture of acceptance and nurture remains strong within our Musical Makers community.

We provide an extensive range of programs to challenge and engage students of all ages and skill levels.

We are the go-to program for production based and creative theatrical experiences for young people. With several convenient locations across Sydney as well as offering virtual programs Australia wide, we cater for pre-schoolers right through to young adults.
